Meeting with athletes with hearing and speech impairments

Members of the Board of Directors of the Azerbaijan Deaflympic Committee met with hearing-impared at the Sumgayit Olympic Sports Complex. 

Representatives of the “Silent World Support for the Disabled and Athletes Speaking Sign Language” Public Union and international grandmaster Zeynab Mammadyarova also attended the meeting.

The members of the Board of Directors provided information about the Committee's activities and prospects of future cooperation with athletes.

It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Deaflympic Committee aims to attract hearing-impaired people to sports, ensure their participation at the international arena, and train professional athletes, coaches, and referees.
