On January 21, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Deaflympics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the "Social Assistance for Persons with Hearing and Speech Disabilities" Public Union.
According to the memorandum, both organizations will cooperate in areas such as the development of the Deaflympics movement in the country, involving individuals with hearing impairments in sports, ensuring progress in this direction, developing joint proposals, holding meetings, implementing projects, and conducting awareness-raising activities.
