On September 9, 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Deaflympic Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Taekwondo Federation.
According to the MOU, both organizations will cooperate in areas such as the development of the Deaflympic movement in the country, the involvement of hearing-impaired people in sports and the development of joint proposals, the implementation of meetings, projects, and educational activities.
